Refunds on Account Spiro: What Buyers Should Know
Digital delivery is usually final. Here’s when wallet credits apply, when they don’t, and how service jobs are handled.
Account Spiro sells digital goods and services through independent stores. Instant delivery means you usually can’t “return” an item like a physical package. Our Refund Policy explains the fair cases.
When refunds or replacements may apply
- Credentials or files don’t work at delivery and can’t be corrected
- What you received clearly doesn’t match the listing
- Platform/system errors such as duplicate charges or confirmed payment with no delivery
When refunds usually don’t apply
- Change of mind after successful delivery
- Third-party platform bans after you received working access
- You selected the wrong product
- You didn’t secure an account after delivery
Services & funded jobs
Service gigs may use chat, offers, and funded job tools. Release, refund, or dispute options depend on the job status shown in your dashboard — don’t release funds until the agreed work is done.
How to get help
Open a support ticket or use Contact within the window in our Refund Policy, and include your order or job reference plus evidence.
